Important Information

Special Offer Terms: The offer is open to Charities and Non-profits who sign a membership agreement before 31st July 2026 and is not available without a shared service (support) subscription.

Hosting Estimates: Hosting estimates based on typical usage and charged at actual cost (costs may be Higher or lower than estimated).

Scope: Ticket Management, Self Service Portal and Knowledge Management. Other modules available on request.

Free Implementation and onboarding costs: With no fees during onboarding if you chose to self-host whilst your current provider contract terminates. Hosting in our cloud options are still chargeable if selected. See options models above for clear indication where charges are incurred. Support and product subscriptions are not required during onboarding.
